In this fourth class, we will revisit poses from the previous videos at a slightly faster pace, as well as introducing some of the core transitions (moving fluidly between two poses) that will make your practice feel like a moving meditation. You'll finish feeling beautifully stretched out, full of fresh breath and like you worked out. Take this flow at least twice - or as many times as you need - to be familiar with the poses introduced and comfortable with the pace; that way you will find a more fluid practice that releases tension in the mind as well as the body and be confident to move safely onto the next flow.
